Every learner known and supported

Personal attention

Small classes and thoughtful assessment create space for every learner to make meaningful progress.

Known as an individual

Classes are arranged in two arms of no more than 25 students. This scale enables teachers to monitor academic ability closely, notice changing needs and build constructive relationships with students.

Assessment for learning supports regular discussion between teacher and student, helping learners understand where they are doing well and what to improve next.

Encouragement that builds independence

Lessons are supported by a carefully constructed enrichment timetable. Positive reinforcement helps students develop confidence, stronger study habits and ownership of their progress.

Families receive continuous assessment information, including mid-term viewing and written end-of-term reports with examination results and teacher comments.
