Parent Teacher Association
Partnership between home and school strengthens learning, student welfare and the wider life of The Vale.
A supportive partnership
All parents with children at the school and all teachers are members of the Parent Teacher Association. Meetings are held once each term.
The association has supported student welfare, school facilities and the overall development of the College, including financial assistance for students in need.
Aims of the PTA
- Support the school’s educational objectives
- Strengthen understanding among parents, teachers and the Board of Governors
- Provide a forum for issues affecting education and welfare
- Help families understand teaching methods and policy
- Support special projects where needed
